Our shipping policies may change from time to time and we do our best to accurately reflect this on the website. Here is a current view of our shipping rates and times.

Shipping Rates
We currently offer free shipping for orders over $80.

Shipping Times
We do our best to reflect accurate shipping dates at checkout, however, these timelines are an estimate only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. There are many variables outside of our control that impact delivery and we are not responsible if a carrier delays your order.

Lost Packages
Packages will be considered lost in transit if the package does not arrive at the shipping address within 12 days after the order has shipped. In such cases, we recommend: 

• Checking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check how long it’s been since it left the print facility
• If it’s been more than 12 days since the order shipped, contact us at support@wooflore.com
• If the package was lost in transit and there is not a “delivered” status on your tracking link, we can offer a reprint after 12 days. Once we issue a reprint, it typically takes two to three weeks for the reprint to arrive at the initial address. 

We can not provide a refund for missing packages but we will provide a reprint once we've determined the original package can't be recovered.

Package Shows “Delivered” But It’s Missing
If the tracking status on your order shows “delivered” and you haven’t received the package, we recommend:

• Checking surrounding porches, yard areas and with your neighbors - 90% of the time, the carrier has delivered the package nearby
• If you can’t locate the package, please wait 2-3 more days as carriers often miss-scan a delivery at the origin facility

After 3 days, you can contact us at support@wooflore.com and we’ll see if we can help locate the package. 

Shipping Countries
At this time, we ship anywhere in the United States. We plan to expand our operations and offer portraits to residents of Canada and the EU in the future.

Tax
What about tax? We currently account for sales tax in the pricing of our products - this means no additional tax charges at checkout. However, sales tax laws can change and we may make changes to this in the future.
