Can you do any type of pet?

Yes, as long as the animal has fur or feathers! (If, after receiving your order, we think a particular style won't look nice, we'll reach out to you.)

How long will it take to receive my order?

The entire process (portrait design, printing and shipping) typically takes 2 - 3 weeks.

How can I see where my order is?

Approx. 2 weeks after you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. (If you don't see this in your inbox be sure to check your Spam folder).

Will I receive a preview of my portrait before printing?

To get your package to you as quickly as possible, we don't do previews. Your portrait is in good hands with our experienced artists and rest assured, if we feel an image is unusable, we will reach out to you for a new one.
